 The Residential Membership was developed to provide customers with a more affordable way to get support.  We know it is difficult to complete day-to-day tasks when the computer is constantly experiencing trouble. With our Residential Membership, we offer network service and maintenance, desktop service, and printer support.

With discounts on multiple areas of support including remote, onsite, file storage, and maintenance.

This program is built to get you more for your money.  This program rewards loyal customers with great service and feature benefits.


Our Residential membership includes priority service, instead of waiting long intervals our remote support desk can help settle issues quickly, we do provide phone assistance with our support sessions. 

Reduced billing for membership includes billing at 1/2 hour increments, verses 1 hour.

We support your favorite Android iPhone and Tablet choices.

Network Service & Maintenance

Includes service and maintenance on network and networking devices (router, installation, and configuration)

In applicable service area's.

Desktop & Printer Support

As a member of our Residential Membership, members have access to our Help Desk for simple repairs, trouble shooting, and questions.

Are you having trouble printing? Don't worry, we're here to help! The  Residential Membership offers printer support. 

Along with printer support, we offer desktop support services. 

Terms & Conditions

Residential Membership is for Computer and network device support.

We support your favorite Android iPhone and Tablet choices. Windows Desktop and Apple/MAC support.

We are not currently offering non-membership support for the Residential support category. 

Small Home Office user support!

Membership requires 12 month commitment and credit card on file with our service,  at the end of each service time used is billed and a invoiced for services, invoice is emailed shortly after support sessions ends.

Support is not granted until 2 requirements are met, credit card information with signed agreement has been returned to CNS. Once application for membership is approved a welcome email and phone call will be placed to help you with on boarding with us.

Ask us about our Senior citizens program.  We have a special program to help you save!


$20 Per Month/Single user

$32 Per Month/Household

$65 per hour/.5 hr increments
(Service is billed at $65 per hour or $32.50 for half increments. Any service completed under 30 minutes will be billed at the half hour increment of $32.50)

For Home users with basic needs.  Free Antivirus and Installation when signing up!

We help with Backup and Recovery!  Let us plan your data safe keeping.

We help you stay on top of your Apple and Windows products.

The Residential Membership is setup as a monthly auto-payment.

Support Policy


Hours of Standard Operation: 8:30am to 5:30pm (Monday through Friday) PST

Saturday Support: billed 1.5 times the Residential membership rate

Sunday Support: billed 2 times the Residential membership rate.

After the hours of standard operation, remote and onsite support is billed at Non-Membership membership rate.
Also, the support rate includes phone calls.

Pricing is for standard support service.

Network Monitoring


When an outage happens, the countdown starts. Essentially, each hour of down time for a business can be critical. By offering real-time monitoring, we start the healing process once an outage or error occurs. For the purpose of saving expensive trouble shooting hours, real-time monitoring uses the data collected to decrease downtime.
Also, we offer remote restarts on equipment.

Pricing Details

 Once the membership is active, customers have the option to purchase advanced network monitoring for a one-time payment of $350 and monthly pricing. Benefits of real-time monitoring include all devices monitored and  issues reported quicker, untimely saving time and money on tech hours.
